1. THE STEWARDSHIP MANDATE

The RISE Collective (comprising RISE Collective Consulting LLC and The RISE Collective Corporation 501c3) is committed to the forensic protection of your data. We do not view data as "content"; we view it as the Institutional Infrastructure of your sovereignty.

2. DATA COLLECTION NODES

We collect information only where it is required to architect your intervention:

Individual Intake: Personal identifiers (name, email) and structural pain points provided for Cohort or Academy enrollment.
Institutional Intake: Organizational metrics, budgetary alignment, and systemic "design flaws" provided by districts or agencies.
Legacy Node (501c3): Sensitive information relating to foster youth or opportunity youth (ages 16–25) engaged in RISE Living™ or RISE Pathways.

3. THE PROTECTION OF VULNERABLE DATA

Given our focus on youth aging out of foster care, we adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality :

Anonymization: Case studies used in our "Evidence of Structural Integrity" dossiers are fully anonymized to protect the identity of participants.
Third-Party Shielding: We do not sell, trade, or lease your personal or institutional data to third-party marketers or "coaching" aggregators.
Secure Archives: Per Article VIII of our Bylaws, all financial and organizational records are maintained in secure, audit-ready environments .

4. COOKIES & DIGITAL FOOTPRINTS

Our site uses minimal technical tracking (cookies) solely to ensure the structural performance of the Intake Portal and to analyze how users navigate our Ecosystem.

5. DATA ACCESS & SOVEREIGNTY

You remain the author of your information. At any time, you may request:

A summary of the forensic data we hold regarding your engagement.
The immediate extraction (deletion) of your personal identifiers from our non-financial records.

6. COMPLIANCE & GOVERNANCE

This protocol is overseen by our Board of Directors to ensure alignment with our mission of fostering equity and emotional well-being.
