The RISE Collective operates as a dual-engine strategic firm . By engaging with this site, you acknowledge that you are interacting with two distinct legal nodes:
RISE Collective Consulting (LLC): The institutional strategy and executive consulting branch.
The RISE Collective Corporation (501c3): The non-profit community impact and youth empowerment branch.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & SOVEREIGN AUTHORSHIP
All frameworks, methodologies, and clinical data presented on this site are the intellectual property of The RISE Collective.
Proprietary Frameworks: "The RISE Way™," "Survival Architecture™," and "The Unwritten Blueprint™" are protected trademarks.
Usage License: Purchase of any "Blueprint" or "Fieldguide" grants a single-user license for personal leadership development only . Redistribution, unauthorized training, or systemic replication of these materials without a The RISE Way™ Facilitator License is strictly prohibited.

4. ENROLLMENT & FINANCIAL PROTOCOLS
The Founding Architect Cohort: Enrollment fees for the February 01 cohort are non-refundable due to the subsidized "Sovereign Access" rate of $150 .
Institutional Subsidies: You acknowledge that 100% of corporate dividends from LLC consulting contracts are used to fund the Legacy Lab (501c3) to ensure radical community access.
Consulting Contracts: Institutional audits and forensic strategy contracts are governed by their specific Statements of Work (SOW) provided during the intake process.
5. DATA INTEGRITY & PRIVACY
Your data is treated with forensic-level confidentiality.
Intake Data: Information submitted through our Individual or Institutional nodes is used solely for the assessment of your structural needs and will never be sold to third-party vendors.
Educational Records: For foster youth and opportunity youth engaged in our Pathways Program, we maintain strict adherence to privacy standards and donor confidentiality .
6. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Orange County, Florida.
