INSTITUTIONAL REFUND & COMMITMENT PROTOCOL

1. THE PRINCIPLE OF ARCHITECTURAL COMMITMENT

The RISE Collective operates as a high-precision, dual-engine firm. Because our revenue directly subsidizes the community architecture in our Legacy Lab (501c3), all financial engagements are considered a permanent commitment to the mission. The RISE Collective does not issue refunds for any product, service, or enrollment.

 

2. THE INDIVIDUAL NODE (Cohort & Academy)

•  

  Founding Architect Cohort: Enrollment in the February 01 cohort is secured at a highly subsidized "Sovereign Access" rate of $150 . Because this seat is guaranteed and the institutional curriculum is delivered in a high-stakes environment, all payments are final and non-refundable.

  No-Show Policy: Failure to participate in live sessions or complete the 8-week intensive does not entitle the participant to a refund or a credit for future cohorts .

 

3. THE BLUEPRINT NODE (Digital Assets)

•  

  Fieldguides & Briefs: All digital assets, including The Foundational Brief: Volume I, are deemed fully consumed upon the delivery of the download link . Due to the proprietary nature of this intellectual property, no refunds or exchanges are permitted.

 

4. THE INSTITUTIONAL NODE (Forensic Consulting)

•  

• Retainers & Audits: For school districts, agencies, and non-profits, all deposits and retainer fees are non-refundable once the Forensic Audit or consulting schedule is confirmed. These fees secure the Principal Architects' time and allocate technical resources that cannot be reallocated to other institutions.

 

5. THE LEGACY NODE (501c3 Contributions)

•  

  Mission Investment: Donations and grants made to The RISE Collective Corporation are non-refundable and are legally restricted to the community impact and youth empowerment initiatives outlined in our Ecosystem Overview .

 

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
